Fish Tacos
a delicious and easy recipe!
Ingredients
1 lb white fish fillets
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tbsp kelp powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
8 small tortillas
1 cup shredded cabbage
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp lime juice
1 avocado, diced
Fresh cilantro for garnish
Steps
Mix flour, kelp powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Coat fish in the flour mixture, shaking off excess.
Heat oil in a pan and fry fish until golden brown and cooked through.
In a separate bowl, combine cabbage, mayonnaise, and lime juice to make slaw.
Warm tortillas and assemble tacos with fish, slaw, avocado, and cilantro.
Serve hot and top with whatever your heart desires!
